Will I be dealing with a real person?
Yes of course.

Once your site is underway, you will be assigned a dedicated account manager to make sure everything goes smoothly.
How do I tell you what I want?
Once you have ordered your website, we will send you a briefing document to complete.
If you need help with the document, we are happy to help by phone or email. Alternatively you can request a callback at any time.
I want a template based site but do not want all the pages?
That is fine we can amend / remove any sections from the site that you do not want.
What if the services shown in the template based site do not match my business?
We understand that not all the services included in the template based sites apply to every business. For instance we understand that not all heating engineers will want to fit bathrooms. Adding and removing services is all part of the service; so let us know what services you offer and we can design your website accordingly.
Can I change the images and text?
Yes, you can make any changes to the website that you require. You can also supply your own images or you can select any images that you like from this royalty-free image site freepik.com
Can I change the colour scheme of the template based website?
Yes you can. There is a section in the setup questions where you can select a highlight colour, this will be applied throughout the website to pre-determined areas to further personalise your website.
What do I do about my website address / domain name?
We are happy to guide you through the process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
If you already have a domain name, you can either transfer this to us or you can keep your current register and just point the domain web record to our server. Either way, we are here to help with the process!
If you do not have a domain name, we will register one on your behalf (included with the price). We will offer some recommendations on the best names available.
I don't have a logo, can you help?
We are happy to assist you with designing a logo.
Logo design is available at an additional fee of £120 +VAT and can be purchased when you purchase your website package.
Initially we will provide you with logo concepts for your business. We will then make updates to your chosen logo concept until you are happy.
Once completed we will supply you with final logo files in all common formats so you can use them for all your marketing needs.
Can I link my social media pages to my website?
Yes you can.
Simply tell us the social platforms you wish to include together with the links to your profile pages and we can include these on your site.
Can I have my accreditations on my website?
Yes you can. In the briefing document, just select the accreditations you have from the list provided – the logo for these will be added to your website if selected. If you have any additional accreditations not in the list, just let us know and these will be added too.
Will my website be mobile friendly?
Yes, our websites are mobile-friendly, they detect the visitor’s device size and orientation and automatically alter the layout accordingly.
When will my website be live?
The time it takes to build your website will depend on several factors. We estimate the following timescales based on promptly receiving the information required:
Template based website – 1 to 2 weeks
Bespoke website – 3 to 4 weeks
Is my payment secure?
All transactions are SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protected. Your information is securely transmitted during the processing of all payments.
Stripe is a PCI Service Provider Level 1 which is the highest grade of payment processing security. You can rest assured that your information is safe and secure.
